At Esmond Service Centre, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is more than just a practice—it’s at the heart of everything we do. Our CSR efforts focus on supporting underprivileged communities, reducing e-waste, and promoting eco-friendly solutions in the tech repair industry.
By providing free laptop donations to families and individual in need and actively working to reduce electronic waste, we aim to create a lasting and meaningful difference. Sustainability is not just a goal for us—it’s a responsibility we embrace in every aspect of our business. Since starting this program, we’ve successfully given away 28 laptops to families or individual in need. Our goal is to continue this effort by distributing 2 to 4 laptops every month, making a real difference in the lives of those who rely on technology for learning and growth.
To make this initiative sustainable, we invite the public to donate their used or damaged laptops. Don’t worry about repair costs—we’ll take care of everything to ensure the devices are in full working condition before they are gifted to families who need them the most. Together, we can reduce e-waste and help bridge the digital divide.

E-waste is one of the fastest-growing environmental challenges worldwide, and we are committed to addressing it through practical solutions. Our E-Waste Reduction Program aims to minimize the number of discarded electronics by offering comprehensive repair services that extend the life of laptops and other devices. By repairing and restoring used or damaged laptops, we reduce the need for new device production, which in turn decreases the amount of e-waste generated.
Through our free laptop donation program for underprivileged families, we ensure that these refurbished devices are put to good use, giving technology a second life.
