Customer Service Executive

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 to 3 Years Experience
  • Proven Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication (Ability to use positive language) and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Plus Point

  • Knowledge in using Google Docs / Sheet 
  • Basic IT Knowledge to conduct simple diagnostic checks over the counter and advise customer accordingly 
  • Pasting of Glass Protector for Mobile Phone

Job Description

  • Handle all inbound sales enquiry
  • Update and follow up with customer repair enquiry and repair status
  • Attend Walk-in customers
  • Handling of Payments
  • Merchandising Store Display 
  • Ensure daily house keeping is completed 
  • Other Adhoc admin duties

Salary Range

  • Customer Service Executive : SGD $1900 – $2300
  • Senior Customer Service Executive : SGD $2450 – $2760
  • Customer Service Assistant Manager : SGD $3200 – $3950
  • Customer Service Manager : SGD $4200 – $4980
