Job Requirement

Minimum 2 – 3 Year Experience an above
Able to Multi Task and Well Organised
Team Player
Able to work under pressure
Up-to-Date Knowledge of Computer Operating System (Mac & Windows)
Time Management Skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines
MUST be able to perform (LCD Screen, Battery, Keyboard, MotherBoard Replacement) for all Laptop brands and model.

Job Description

Laptop / Desktop / All-In-Ones Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
Onsite and/or Remote Technical Support
Installation of Both Windows and Mac Operating System (OS)
Replacement of All IT Hardware Parts ( Keyboard , Screen , Hard Disk, Touch Pad etc )
Handles confidential information and maintains the security of all customer files.
Ensure Daily Cleanliness of Technical Department

Working Hours

10:00am – 7:00pm (Monday to Friday)
10:00am – 3:00pm (Saturday)
Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays
