Hinge Replacement

Visit the Microsoft Surface support website: Go to https://support.microsoft.com/surface to access the Microsoft Surface support website.

Check your warranty status: Before contacting Microsoft support, check your device warranty status. If your device is still under warranty, you may be able to get the hinge replaced for free.

Contact Microsoft support: If your device is not covered by warranty, you can contact Esmond Service centre to schedule a repair appointment. You can do this online or by phone.

Prepare your device for repair: Before bringing your device in for repair, make sure to back up all of your important files and data. You should also remove any accessories, such as cases or screen protectors.
