How do I donate my laptop to Esmond Service Centre? +
Simply bring your old or unused laptop to either of our two branches in Singapore — Alexandra or Sin Ming. We accept both working and spoilt devices. If it can be repaired, we cover the full repair cost and donate it for free to someone in need.
Does it cost anything to donate my laptop? +
No. Donating is completely free. If your device needs repair to become usable, we cover the full repair cost ourselves before donating it. You simply hand over the laptop you no longer use.
What condition does my donated laptop need to be in? +
Any condition is welcome. We accept working, unused, and even spoilt laptops. Repairable devices are restored to full working condition, pre-tested for performance and safety, and given a basic usability setup before donation.
Can I donate a laptop near me in Singapore? +
Yes. You can drop off your laptop donation at either of our two Singapore branches, Alexandra or Sin Ming, whichever is more convenient. Both locations accept working and non-working devices for our CSR program.
