The fastest way to reach us
All four channels below reach the same team at the same two branches. Pick the one that matches what you actually need.
- WhatsApp (65) 8828 8180 — the fastest reply, and the best first step if you want an idea of the cost before making the trip. Send your model and what the device is doing.
- Walk in — no appointment is needed at either branch during opening hours. Messaging first still helps: we can tell you what to bring and cut your waiting time.
- The form below — best for corporate IT, bulk, reseller and authorised-service enquiries, where the detail matters more than the speed. We reply within 1 working day.
- The branch hotline — Bishan (Sin Ming) on (65) 6924 2266, Alexandra (ARC) on (65) 6994 2262, if you would rather speak to the counter that has your device.
What we can tell you before you travel
- What we repair. Laptops, MacBooks, desktops, all-in-ones and business IT — at both branches, by our own technicians.
- What it costs. The diagnostic is free and unconditional, and repairs start from $65. You are given the figure before any work begins, so nothing is charged on a maybe.
- How long it takes. Many repairs are finished in 1–2 hours while you wait. Anything that needs a part on order is quoted with its own timing before you agree to it.
- Why you can trust us with it. Esmond Service Centre repairs devices in Singapore with 16 years of industry experience, and holds a 4.9★ rating from 2,668 Google reviews across the 2 branches shown above.
Prices are before GST (9% is added at payment).
What to tell us in your first message
The more of this you can send in one go, the fewer rounds it takes us to give you a real answer instead of a guess:
- The make and model — for example MacBook Air M2, or Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3.
- What the device is doing now, and what changed just before it started.
- Any message on the screen, copied out word for word.
- Whether it still powers on at all, and whether it charges.
- A photo, if there is visible damage or a fault you can see on the screen.
Worth knowing before you come down
Both branches are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday, 10am to 3pm, and both are closed on Sunday and public holidays. Saturday closes at 3pm, so a Saturday-afternoon drop-off is not possible — Friday is the last full working day of the week. Either branch can handle laptop, MacBook and IT repair, so come to whichever is easier to reach: Bishan is 5 minutes from Brighthill MRT (TE7) Exit 3, and Alexandra is 3 minutes from Labrador Park MRT (CC27) Exit A.
