Fill in our dedicated monitor service form, including your monitorβs serial number and issue details. We'll confirm warranty coverage and contact you quickly with the next steps.
Diagnostic Check: 1 to 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). For intermittent or complex issues, diagnosis may take longer.
Repair & Collection: If the fault is identified within 1 to 2 working days and parts are in stock, the device will be ready for collection within the same timeframe. If parts are not readily available, additional time may be required to order and deliver the necessary components.
