If your Xiaomi phone, tablet or Redmi device is still under warranty, the right place to take it is one of Xiaomi's own counters — and which one depends on the day of the week and on what you own, because the three centres keep different hours and accept different products. This guide lists all three exactly as Xiaomi publishes them, then covers the one category none of them handles: Xiaomi laptops.

Where Are the Authorized Xiaomi Service Centers in Singapore?

Xiaomi Singapore publishes three Exclusive Service Centres. Lavender Street is the only one that takes ECO (smart home) products — and it is also the only one closed on Sundays and Mondays. Funan and Jewel open seven days a week, 11:00am to 8:00pm, but handle phones, tablets, watches and bands only. The details below were checked against Xiaomi's own service-centre page on 2 August 2026; if you are making a special trip, it is worth calling the centre first.

Xiaomi Singapore's support hotline is 800-852-8474, staffed Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 8:00pm. That matters on a Sunday: the hotline and the Lavender Street counter are both closed, while Funan and Jewel are open. Bring the device and your proof of purchase for in-warranty work.

Which counter you want comes down to what you are carrying. An ecosystem or smart-home product can only go to Lavender Street. A phone, tablet, watch or band can go to any of the three, so the practical choice is whichever is open and nearest. And a Xiaomi laptop cannot be taken to any of them — that is the gap the rest of this page covers.

Third-Party Xiaomi Laptop Repair Option: Esmond Service Centre (Not Authorized)

Xiaomi's Singapore counters do not accept notebooks. The Acceptance Products column on Xiaomi's own service-centre page reads “Smartphone/Pad/ECO products” at Lavender Street and “Smartphone/Pad/Smart Watch/Band only” at Funan and Jewel — the words laptop and notebook do not appear on that page at all, and mi.com/sg lists no notebook in its Singapore range. So a Xiaomi laptop bought overseas or through a parallel importer has no local counter to go to.

Esmond Service Centre repairs those machines. We are an independent repairer and are not authorised by Xiaomi. The models we see most are the RedmiBook Pro 14 and 16, RedmiBook 14 and 16, Xiaomi Book Pro 14 and 16, Xiaomi Book S and Book Air, the Redmi G and Redmi G Pro gaming machines, and the older Mi Notebook Air 12.5″ and 13.3″, Mi Notebook Pro 15.6″ and Mi Gaming Laptop. We handle laptops only — Xiaomi phones, tablets and ECO products should still go to one of the three counters above. Full model list and fault-by-fault detail is on our Xiaomi laptop repair page.

Esmond Service Centre has two branches in Singapore, and both take Xiaomi laptop work — screen, battery, keyboard, charging port, overheating and motherboard faults:

What Esmond charges for out-of-warranty Xiaomi laptop repair

  • Xiaomi laptop screen replacement — from S$186 (see the laptop screen page)
  • Laptop battery replacement — S$86 to S$186 depending on the model, usually done in 30 to 45 minutes (see the battery page)
  • Optional doorstep pickup and return — S$21.80 per trip, GST inclusive
  • Repair prices exclude 9% GST, which is added at payment. The exact figure depends on your model — the diagnosis is free, there is no obligation, and if we cannot fix it you pay nothing.

Our technicians work on Xiaomi notebooks daily. A battery swap is usually 30 to 45 minutes and a standard screen replacement 1 to 2 hours, so many jobs are finished the same day while you wait. A keyboard is typically 2 to 3 hours, and board-level work depends on the fault and on parts availability — we tell you the timing with the quote, not after. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the work and the parts we fitted.

Two honest boundaries. Esmond is not affiliated with or authorised by Xiaomi, so any repair we do sits outside Xiaomi's warranty and is at the owner's discretion — if your device is still covered, take it to one of the three Xiaomi counters above, because that is the cheaper and safer route. And if a laptop has been water damaged, we say before we start that the 90-day warranty cannot apply to it: a board that has been wet can fail again later for reasons no repairer controls, and we would rather tell you that up front than write it into small print.

Finding the right Xiaomi counter in Singapore comes down to two questions: what are you carrying, and what day is it. A phone, tablet, watch or band under warranty can go to any of the three Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centres — Funan and Jewel seven days a week, Lavender Street Tuesday to Saturday, and Lavender Street is the only one that takes ECO products. A Xiaomi laptop cannot go to any of them, and that is where an independent repairer is the practical answer rather than a compromise.

Knowing where to go—and what your options are—can save you time, money, and frustration. We hope this updated list and guidance helps you resolve your Xiaomi device issues quickly and confidently.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the official Xiaomi service centre in Singapore? +
There are three, not one. Lavender Street — 229 Lavender St., Singapore 338778, +65 8581 4530. Funan — 107 North Bridge Road, #03-08 Funan Mall, Singapore 179105, +65 8084 3675. Jewel — 78 Airport Boulevard, #04-227/228 Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore 819666, +65 8084 3675. All three were checked against Xiaomi's own service-centre page on 2 August 2026.
What are the opening hours of the Xiaomi service centres? +
Lavender Street opens Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm, and is closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays. Funan and Jewel open Monday to Sunday, 11:00am to 8:00pm. If you can only go on a Sunday, Funan or Jewel is your only option.
Does Xiaomi Singapore repair laptops? +
No. None of the three centres lists a laptop or notebook among the products it accepts — Lavender Street takes Smartphone/Pad/ECO products, and Funan and Jewel take Smartphone/Pad/Smart Watch/Band only. The words “laptop” and “notebook” do not appear anywhere on Xiaomi Singapore's service-centre page.
Where can I repair my Xiaomi laptop in Singapore? +
Esmond Service Centre repairs out-of-warranty Xiaomi notebooks at its Alexandra and Sin Ming branches, including RedmiBook Pro, RedmiBook, Xiaomi Book Pro, Xiaomi Book S and Air, Redmi G and the older Mi Notebook Air and Pro models. We are an independent repairer, not authorised by Xiaomi, and we handle laptops only — not phones or tablets.
Is Esmond Service Centre an authorised Xiaomi repair centre? +
No. Esmond is not affiliated with or authorised by Xiaomi. We are an independent repairer working on Xiaomi laptops that are out of warranty. If your device is still under Xiaomi's warranty, take it to one of the three Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centres — that is the cheaper and safer route.
How do I contact Xiaomi Singapore's support hotline? +
Call 800-852-8474. Xiaomi Singapore staffs the line Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 8:00pm. It is closed on Sundays — the same day the Lavender Street counter is closed, while Funan and Jewel remain open.
How much does Xiaomi laptop repair cost at Esmond? +
A screen replacement starts from S$186, and a laptop battery replacement runs S$86 to S$186 depending on the model. Repair prices exclude 9% GST, which is added at payment. Optional doorstep pickup and return is S$21.80 per trip, GST inclusive. The diagnosis is free with no obligation, and if we cannot fix it you pay nothing.
How long does a Xiaomi laptop repair take? +
A battery replacement is usually 30 to 45 minutes and a standard screen replacement 1 to 2 hours, so many jobs are finished the same day. A keyboard is typically 2 to 3 hours. Board-level work depends on the fault and on parts availability, and we tell you the timing together with the quote.
What are Esmond Service Centre's addresses and opening hours for Xiaomi laptop repair? +
Esmond has two branches: Alexandra at 460 Alexandra Road, #02-39, Singapore 119963 (Labrador Park MRT, 3 min walk), and Sin Ming at 24 Sin Ming Lane, #01-100, Singapore 573970 (Bright Hill MRT, 5 min walk). Both open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm, closed Sundays and public holidays. WhatsApp either branch on 8828 8180.
Do Xiaomi laptop repairs at Esmond come with a warranty? +
Yes — 90 days on the work and the parts we fitted, on every repair. The one exception we state up front is water damage: a board that has been wet can fail again later for reasons no repairer controls, so the 90-day warranty cannot apply to a water-damaged machine. The diagnosis is free either way, and if we cannot fix it you pay nothing.
Why isn't my Xiaomi laptop covered by the official service centre? +
Because Xiaomi's Singapore centres are set up for phones, tablets and ecosystem products — that is what their own accepted-products list says, and mi.com/sg carries no notebook in its Singapore range. It is not a judgement about your machine; there is simply no local Xiaomi counter that takes notebooks, which is why an independent repairer is the practical route for an out-of-warranty Xiaomi laptop.
Which Esmond branch is more convenient for me? +
Alexandra (ARC, at Labrador Park MRT) suits the south and west of Singapore; Sin Ming (Midview City, at Bright Hill MRT) is the HQ and suits central and northern areas. Both handle the same Xiaomi laptop work — screen, battery, keyboard, charging port, overheating and motherboard faults — so pick whichever is easier to reach.
