Before bringing your laptop in for WiFi or Bluetooth repair, you can try these basic steps to rule out simple software issues:

Step 1: Restart Your Laptop and Router

• Power off your laptop completely.

• Turn off your WiFi router for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
