✅ Diagnosing the root cause is key — whether it’s hardware failure or software corruption, we’ll fix it accurately.
At Esmond Service Centre, we use a structured, proven process to ensure quality repairs:
Full hardware and software diagnostics
Fault isolation (WiFi card, Bluetooth module, antenna, or motherboard)
Software resets, driver reinstallation, or firmware updates if needed
Replacement of damaged WiFi/Bluetooth cards when necessary
Thorough connectivity testing after repair
Certain laptop models have WiFi cards that are soldered directly onto the motherboard, rather than being removable.
In such cases, repairing WiFi issues requires motherboard-level repair instead of a simple card replacement.
Additionally, if a WiFi module replacement has been performed but the problem persists, it often indicates a failure in the WiFi IC (Integrated Circuit) that controls wireless connectivity.
In these situations, motherboard WiFi IC repair or replacement is necessary to restore full WiFi and Bluetooth functionality.
Our technicians will perform a thorough diagnosis to determine the most appropriate solution based on your laptop’s design and fault condition.
At Esmond Service Centre, we use original WiFi modules that are compatible with your laptop’s brand and model — including trusted chipsets like Intel and others.
In most laptops, the WiFi and Bluetooth functions are combined into a single wireless card.
If your Bluetooth is not working, it usually means the entire WiFi card needs to be replaced.
✅ All WiFi/Bluetooth module replacements come with a 3-month warranty.
✅ You can also upgrade to our Esmond Care Plan for 1-year extended warranty coverage for added peace of mind.
We ensure every replacement is professionally installed, fully tested, and ready for long-term performance.

Before bringing your laptop in for WiFi or Bluetooth repair, you can try these basic steps to rule out simple software issues:
Power off your laptop completely.
Turn off your WiFi router for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
Restart your laptop and attempt to reconnect to WiFi or Bluetooth devices.
Use another device (like a smartphone or tablet) to check if the WiFi network is working properly.
If other devices can connect without issue, the problem is likely with your laptop.
Press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager.
Expand the Network adapters section.
Right-click on your WiFi or Bluetooth adapter, then select Uninstall Device.
Confirm the uninstallation but do not select "Delete the driver software" if prompted.
After uninstalling the driver, restart your laptop.
Windows will automatically attempt to reinstall the correct driver upon reboot.
Check if your laptop can now connect to WiFi networks or pair with Bluetooth devices.
If issues persist, it may indicate a hardware fault that requires professional repair.
